Each fall the Wilton Police Department hosts a 12 week Citizens Police Academy. Classes will include;

- Detective Division
- Specialty Units - ERT, SCUBA, etc.
- Youth Crimes
- Motor Vehicle Enforcement

- Technology in Law Enforcement
